About me
If 15 years in advertising and design have taught me anything, it’s this: find a space with creative, talented people, do great work that you’re passionate about, and don’t be a jerk. Simple as that.
Born in Brazil, I started my career at an agency in Dublin, Ireland where I was excited to see Guiness, Waterford Crystal, and Toyota as part of my client roster. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work at big and small agencies as Designer and Art Director, leading integrated campaigns, branding, and design direction for digital experiences.
I love being hands-on and working alongside designers and UX. Over the years, I've worked to conceptualize and execute large-scale campaigns, mobile apps, websites, email, digital signage, social, and more. I'm an experienced photographer, shooting and retouching photography or overseeing photoshoots. Over the years, I’ve helped foster strong client relationships, while delivering creative that is not only visually appealing but strategic in nature, and resonates with the audience.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of great people and brands, including Verizon, Ferrari, Chick-fil-A, Carmax, The Home Depot, Georgia Pacific, Ford, Cincinnati Bell, Sunrun, Charbroil, Hunter Fan, SoFi, and more.

Led succesful digital transformation effort of Hunter Fan with new branding, website, and social, introduced new technology and lighting offerings. Spearheaded design, UX, photography and video for Georgia Pacific mobile scaling app, helping truck drivers more efficiently manage and keep record of lumber from the forest to the mill while streamlining the supply chain — successful implementation led to project expansion into tract surveying application. Created microsite for Cracker Barrel honoring women in country music. Support for Krispy Kreme social, Fireball, and NAPA Auto Parts. Creative lead on several business development initiatives.

Creative lead on numerous successful pitches, acquiring notable brands such as Ferrari, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, SoFi, Kabbage, Mizuno, Edible Arrangements, Carmax, Charbroil, RentPath, Synovus, and retaining Chick-fil-A. A key player in more than doubling agency size and profit. Hands-on lead designer on all initial design concepts as well as directing and mentoring designers, reviewing and approving creative work, leading internal reviews and client facing presentations, hiring, and performance reviews. Developed strong UX & UI and style guides.

Conceptualized and designed interactive experiences for Verizon Wireless. From digital banner campaigns to websites, landing pages, microsites, and mobile. Interfaced with digital vendors such as Facebook, Yahoo!, and AOL. Worked closely with UX on user interface design. Served as in-house photographer for clients in addition to art directing and managing shoots with outside vendors. Team brainstorming and leading design from conception to execution.
